Debt Enterprise Bank Resolution Agency carries out the functions of special administration of commercial banks and other financial and credit institutions referred to the Agency, restructuring of debts and repayment of debts of economic entities and individuals, including those on a contractual basis.

Currently, under the Agency's aegis are the following banks:         

JCB «Kurulush Bank» - By the decision of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic from 21.06.2001 Joint Commercial Bank «Kurulush Bank» was put under special administration for bankruptcy.  National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic was appointed as a special administrator of «Kurulush Bank».

CB «Kyrgyzdyykanbank» - By the decision of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic from 08.08.1996 Commercial Bank «Kyrgyzdyykanbank» was put under special administration for bankruptcy.  National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic was appointed a special administrator of «Kyrgyzdyykanbank».

JCB «Mercury» - By the decision of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic from 01.04.1999 Joint Commercial Bank « Mercury» was put under special administration for bankruptcy.  National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic was appointed as a special administrator of «Mercury».

CB «Agroprombank» -  By the decision of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic from 30.07.1996 Commercial Bank «Agroprompbank» was put under special administration for bankruptcy.  National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic was appointed as a special administrator of «Agroprombank».

JCB «Bishkek» - By the decision of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic from 24.02.2000 Joint Commercial Bank «Bishkek» was put under special administration for bankruptcy.  National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic was appointed as a special administrator of Joint Commercial Bank «Bishkek».

JCB «Adil» - By the decision of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic from 211.01.1996 Joint Commercial Bank «Adil» was put under special administration for bankruptcy.  National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic was appointed as a special administrator of «Kurulush Bank».
